Dear Plymouth County Voter,
My name is Greg Hanley and I am proud to serve on the Plymouth County Commission, representing the twenty-six towns that make up our county in addition to the City of Brockton.
I’m asking for your vote for re-election so we can continue working together to move our county forward.
Under my leadership, Plymouth County took the lead on distributing CARES Act funds. Critics counted us out, told us we were in over our heads, and they put the pressure on to hand the money over to the state. Months later, Plymouth County became a model not just for the Commonwealth but for the nation in distributing CARES Act funding. Millions have been distributed to our municipalities to offset impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, and millions more will be distributed in the coming months. Plymouth County municipalities were some of the first in the Commonwealth to receive funds, and thousands of students will have iPads for their first day of remote learning because the Plymouth County Commissioners decided to lead and fight for the communities we represent.
That is just one example of what the Plymouth County Commission can do when we think outside of the box. I’m asking for your vote so I can continue to lead these fights as your Plymouth County Commissioner as we navigate the post-pandemic era and beyond.
I can’t do this without your support – and I thank you for your consideration.
Best,
Greg
